Throughout his career in both public and private sector, Gerry gained vast experience and skills in the vehicle engineering sector covering Operations Management, Lecturing, Training, Business Consultancy and Business Development focusing on lean operational excellence and exploiting opportunities in business growth.
He has a track record in achieving goals and targets by employing a structured and detailed approach to planning, managing and motivating teams, financial and operational analysis and improving efficiencies.
A member of many professional bodies such as IRTE, IMI and IAM, Gerry is the Immediate Past President of the Society of Operations Engineers (SOE).
Gillian Napier
Gillian has over 14 years’ experience within the commercial environment, including 6 years in executive and senior positions in the recruitment sector. This experience will provide you with the best experience and insight into the skills required to get your first job right through to senior management/director roles. This includes CV writing skills, job interview preparation as well as outplacement services.
Gillian has recently completed her training in First Aid (Work, Sports and Pediatric) as well as manual handling and customer service, ensuring that Fleming TCS can offer a wide range of training all to the latest standards.
